Midwest Wholesale Properties is Highly recommended. When the market crashed me and my wife both lost our jobs and we found ourselves facing foreclosure in our dream home. The bank told us they would work with us and do a loan modification. We got them everything they wanted and thought we had everything resolved until a man showed up with the foreclosure paperwork the next week. Shortly after that we got a letter from Chad and Midwest Wholesale Properties. At first we were hesitant because we owed around $750,000 and there just aren’t too many buyers at this price range. We thought it must be some kind of a scam. We were running out of options fast though so went ahead and called. They explained the whole process and were very friendly. They worked out everything with the bank and we didn’t pay them a dime or do anything other than get them the paperwork and show up at closing. This helped us focus our time on finding a new job and getting back on our feet. They are a great company to work with and really do work with EVERYONE regardless of what they owe.

Immediate and Efficient Solutions: We were having trouble selling our house and had a friend tell us about Midwest Wholesale Properties and how they buy houses. We gave them a call and they sat down with us that next day and made an offer on our property. As soon as we got our stuff together and moved out they closed on the property and put cash in our pockets. We didn’t have to worry about anything.
